#maybe you could say the argument is in bad faith because he was avoiding peggy for reasons beyond the time difference #but since the show never tells us what exactly happened for them to be so awkward in s2 im allowed to interpret that he's not into ldrs #the reality is that she wouldn't turn down a career opportunity like that for a man and i dont think he'd give up his own career for her #so their relationship would have hit a natural end steve or no steve #steggy #editing to add to my rant that they might kiss at the end of s2 but the long distance is an unresolved issue #she still works for the nyc office and is only taking vacation time #s3 would have probably continued in LA bc of the thompson plot #but it wasn't the happily ever after endgame kiss anti steggies want to make us believe
