When the neighbors were talking loudly, I could hear through the walls or the hood where the neighbor from the apartment at the address: Kaliningrad st. Aldanskaya 30 sq. 57 (Labov Nikita Sergeevich - the son of the mother-prosecutor) told his girlfriend that this was his work for the FSB.

Deliberate noise day and night, constant surveillance of me on hidden video cameras, remote access to the image from the screen of my computers, broadcasting hidden video recordings and screen images from my smartphone to other neighbors - this is his work for the FSB (this is how this guy explained his suspicious activity to his girlfriend ).

On October 18, 2022, I could not attend a personal appointment with the head of the FSB in the Kaliningrad region, as I was illegally in a madhouse.

I was also surprised by the phrase of the ambulance brigade, which illegally handcuffed me and drove me from the apartment in a car to a lunatic asylum. An employee of this brigade told me: "This is what happens to those who complain about the FSB! You know how to complain about the FSB!"

Also, the most adequate and reasonable nurse in my psychiatric department (male) was talking to a nurse about another former nurse. He said that in case of conflict situations, that former nurse constantly showed him that he had relations with the FSB and it was better not to conflict with him in a madhouse (I accidentally overheard this conversation when I was sitting on the sofa near the nurses' room).

The fact is that those people who are persecuting me, apparently, they have devices like "Van Eck phreaking" (devices for remotely intercepting images from monitors of other people's computer devices).This is a device for special services.

The activity of any Russian prosecutor's office in the case of murky corrupt actions of MIA, FSB employees is reduced to the usual replies, regardless of the level of the prosecutor's office: the district prosecutor's office, the regional prosecutor's office, the district prosecutor's office, the prosecutor general's office.

When I previously lived at the address: Kaliningrad st. Kartashova 28 D apt. 8 and complained to prosecutors at various levels, no one helped me. They did not help because high-ranking MIA officials were involved in illegal activities there.

Now, when I live at the address: Kliningrad st. Aldanskaya house 30 ap. 54 and a neighbor from the regional prosecutor's office is acting against me, then the prosecutor's office, all the more, does not help.

The Russian prosecutor's office is a rather meaningless structure in terms of protecting its legal rights.

In February 2022, for the second time, my parents tried to illegally put me in a madhouse through calls to an ambulance, but they did not succeed.

Then my parents started calling the police and slandering me. The police who arrived said that I had not committed any crimes and that they could not put me in a cell, fine me or punish me in any way.

Further, being in my father's room and talking to my father, one of the police officers said: "The Department of Internal Security is watching him along with the Federal (meaning me)!"

After the second policeman began to ask the second policeman about me: "Is he Ukrainian or from Ukraine ?!" Further, they switched to a whisper and I could not hear anything or record on audio through the wall.

After this conversation, the policemen left my father's room and already began to say that I allegedly committed a crime under the article hooliganism and demanded to go to the police department at night.

At the police station, they closed the door and said: Either you sign a protocol on committing an administrative offense on hooliganism, or we will put you in a pre-trial detention center for 15 days. As a result, I decided to sign this protocol and then I was released from the police station.

As a result, a few month later I received a fine for hooliganism, which I did not commit (according to Russian laws, hooliganism cannot be at the place of residence in an apartment in general, it can only be in a public place).

By the way, in this decision, the police incorrectly indicated the date of issue of my civil passport (perhaps intentionally, perhaps this is a typo).

The fact is that any complaints about the police in Russia come down to replies, redirecting an application from one police department to another.

This happened in this case and nothing has changed. I have been complaining about illegal actions against me for more than a year and nothing helps.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that only after my repeated complaints to the Police Department, the Prosecutor's Office, the Investigative Committee, the FSB, I was able to get at least some small explanation from the police, because previously there was always one standard answer: "The check was carried out and no violations were found! "

Attached to this post is a response from the local MIA regarding illegal spying on me. The fact is that illegal surveillance through hidden video cameras in Russia is a criminal article 137 of the Criminal Code. We see that the police immediately reclassified the actions of the neighbors under the administrative article 19.1 (arbitrariness).

Also, the police did not answer anything about the hacker breaking into my computers or any other way of intercepting computer information. Also, there is no full address of the crime, no addresses of apartments (30 Aldanskaya Street is a large apartment building).

Also, the police write that they have not collected enough evidence to initiate a case against the neighbors (previously, the police replied that an investigation had been carried out). In fact, the police themselves make it clear that no normal verification of my statements was carried out.

I was not able to record on video the moment of my detention by the police and the ambulance brigade, just like my stay in the madhouse. I was brought illegally to a madhouse in handcuffs as a criminal. They also refused to give me a copy of the statement addressed to the police in my name from my neighbors, or even to read this statement.

I was put in a madhouse after my personal reception with the police general, the chief head of the MIA Directorate for the Kaliningrad region. I demanded thorough checks on my statements about the facts that I was being persecuted in Russia by an organized group of persons by prior agreement.

Also in September 2022, I was signed up for October 18 for a personal appointment with the chief head of the FSB in the Kaliningrad region. After that, the organized crime group, perhaps, got scared and the criminals decided to move quickly and deprive me of my freedom so that I could not lead the investigation into this case. They deprived me of my freedom through connections with the police, the prosecutor's office and misleading the employees of the psychiatric hospital and the emergency hospital (perhaps they even paid bribes).

On September 22, 2022, I was forcibly taken in handcuffs from my parents' apartment from my room at the address: Kaliningrad, st. Aldanskaya 30 sq. 54. I tried to call the FSB from my mobile phone about an attempt to illegally put me in a madhouse, but the MIA officer snatched my phone out of my hands, bent my hands behind my back, then the hospital staff handcuffed me behind my back and started taking me out of the apartment.

I was placed in this clinic absolutely healthy on illegal grounds through a neighbor who works in the prosecutor's office and corrupt police officers. At the same time, on paper, they answer that investigations were allegedly carried out and my reports of surveillance and persecution were not confirmed. Also, I know that Russian MIA employees can receive information from my smartphones, computers, on the basis of which I conclude that MIA is involved in this persecution.

For almost 2 months in 2022, I was illegally placed and illegally detained in a state lunatic asylum and given me forced harmful drugs (neuroleptics). This was done by this neighbor together with the Russian MIA officers, in particular with the senior district authorized police major in the Central District of the city of Kaliningrad named Akhmed Khashiev with some other additional police officer unknown to me.

The fact is that before I was placed in a madhouse, I received threats that I would be illegally placed in a madhouse from neighbors from apartments at numbers 51.57 and even my relatives.
