I'm tempted to go buy a bottle of Scotch so I can see what it tastes like as reference for Akushima...
By the way hit me up if you're down for consensual R 18 with Akushima...
Let me be honest here I'd take just about anyone as long as it's not Toue or Ryuuhou.
Two people picking up the pieces Akusima Mizuki rp prompt
A month after the fall of oval Tower held a loft by his cane Akushima limped his way back into the hospital for the first time since he was released. He was there to check in on a Jane Doe down in the hospital's morg, but as he approached the reception desk he noticed Aoba coming out of a room down the hallway. Akushima stopping behind a nurse as Aoba passes by, keeping a healthy distance from the young man. He flashes his police badge to the woman behind the desk and makes his way down the hallway to the room from which Aoba had left minutes before. Curiosity drove him to see who was in the room, not that he had any official business with them.
Peeking inside Akushima notes that it's a singular patient room and on the bed propped up by pillows was a young man with burgundy hair and a tattoo on his face. Akushima Squints at the man for a moment, were had he seen him before, what's his name? He could swear he knew the young man's name what was it. ... Michi?... Masami?... Mizuki?..... Mizuki! It was Mizuki. Tapping on the door frame with his Cane he steps into the room. "Mizuki?" He asks into the silence of the room.
Akushima info page
Name: Souma Akushima... Age: 42... Birthday: 11/30... Star sign: Sagittarius... Height: 180cm about 5'9ft... Blood type: B... Right handed... Pronouns: male he/him, all vers.... Allmate: Aki type: Dog "tervuren" [police dog] may or may not be weaponized... Living family: two sisters and a niece and two nephews, younger sister: Nariko youngest sister: Yoko, Yoko's children: Kio, Nao, Mio... introduction and general info: After being scrapped by Aoba, Souma Akushima found himself waking up in the hospital day Later with the distinct feeling that his head was clearer than it had been in quite a long time. The dull buzzing in the back of his mind no longer present. The days he spend recovering where spent wallowing in regrets as Midorijima fell into chaos around him. How many years had it been that he had behaved like a crazed a dog? By the time he was released from the hospital he had found his resolve and managed to gather up the pieces of the Akashima he once was shoving them to the forefront. (Canon Divergence akushima wasn't fired) the days that followed were spent quelling the chaos and bringing in members of Toue's faculty. The weeks following that or the overhaul of his districts police force. There were Whispers that he was a different man, but he knew that it was not that he was different but that he was back to the way he should be. Now he walks around leaning heavily on the cane shouting orders as professionally as he wants dead, like he did long before Toue had gotten a hold of him. All the while smoking his hand rolled cigarettes his megaphone still at his hip but mostly forgotten. He was tired but he felt whole and alive again. Some argue that he was a liability now that he had to walk with a cane and was no longer able to give chase. His doctor told him he didn't actually need the came thought I was as they called a psychosomatic limp. That sounded about right, his mind and his body trying to slow him down so that he doesn't revert back so the crazed rampaging he did while under Toue's influence. Really he no longer needs to give Chase turning two tactics, outwitting, outmaneuvering, and cornering the criminals. He's got plenty of time now to make up for the years spent running and shouting like a dog with rabies. He fixed up the old house he grew up in, and spent more time with his sisters. Even if that meant babysitting for the one and playing dress up doll for the other.
Things had settled down and began to look up for Souma Akashima.

Lazy Wednesday (rating [G])
Akushima stirred for a moment before waking fully, his internal clock keeping him from sleeping in. It wasnât until he swung his legs over the edge of the bed that he realized he had no place to be today. Â
Akushima had been forced to take a day off in order to rest. Well, threatened more like. Either he spent the day resting at home, or his colleagues would throw him into a cell to make sure that heâd set still long enough to rest.
So here he was banished to his small apartment on this lovely overcast Wednesday.
Akushima first glared at the clock then fixed a slightly less intensive glare at the cloudy sky which he could see peeking through the curtains of his window. For a moment he debated going back to sleep, but looking at the clock once more Akushima deciding that it was no use fighting it.
He gets to his feet and sets off for the kitchen to make himself a pot of coffee.
As the coffee brews Akushima glances around the apartment taking stock of what there is to do. Of course the typical messes was there that he could tidy up later, and mail to retrieve but not much else he was willing to waste his time on.
Cup of coffee now in hand he leaves his apartment to go downstairs and check his mailbox in the main entryway of the building. On his way up heâs careful to avoid his neighbors. Now safely back in his apartment he polishes off the last of his coffee and sets to work cleaning.
Akushima has nearly all the books, files, and papers picked up and stacked from where they had been strewn across the main room of his apartment when a rumble from outside draws his attention to the considerably darkened sky. Grumbling to himself Akushima picks up his pace so he can get the trash out before it starts to rain. Now that all the cans, bottles, and other trash had been cleared away and taken down to the bins he found himself with little else to do.
For some time he sprawled himself across the sofa racking his brain for something to do. In exasperation Akushima takes to pacing his apartment like a caged animal, his pacing eventually taking him out onto the balcony. He stands out there watches the street below him, yelling and glaring at anyone who dares to look up at him.
Akushimaâs leaning heavily on the railing wishing that his coworkers would stop fussing over him as if he werenât a grown ass man, when the clouds finally break and it begins to rain.
âGreatâ he muses to himself, âeven the sky is crying for my boredom.â
Soon he retreats inside to make himself something to eat before returning to bed.
Maybe if heâs lucky he can sleep away the rest of this lazy Wednesday.

'Little routines ' [rated G-PG] (Akushima fanfic)
Even in Akushimaâs days of being with the department he still had a routine a midst the chaos. These little daily routines brought him a sense of control. In the old days, Akushimaâs routine was determined by whether or not he had drunk himself to sleep the night before, if he truly had time for his morning schedule. Time decided if he could make himself a pot of coffee at home and tidy up around his small apartment. The apartment had been a small cheap thing that tended to clutter easily, but he did what he could. Akushima hadn't minded it really, the apartment was temporary, at least until he saved up enough for his forever home. Then regardless of timing Akushima would tidy himself up as best he could and head out the door. On his way to the station he would usually pick up something to eat, though depending if he had slept in or not heâd forgo making coffee all together, instead adding it to what heâd pick up on the way. From there Akushimaâs routine was relatively predictable. Find out his next case, become caught up in said case, drink too much coffee, forget certain essentials such as food, and becoming a raging shouty asshole in the process. Of course when it got to this point one of Akushimaâs coworkers would mother-hen him into eating something and sitting down for a while. After this Akushima would begin to be far more amiable, calming down enough to the point of easy jokes and banter with his unit. However these behaviors weren't always limited to the workplace, Akushima would often get so caught up in his cases that heâd become lost in them. His anxiety and overactive mind merely perpetuating the cycle. There would be nights where the only way to get his mind to stop swirling around with information enough for him to sleep, would be to muddle and mute it all with alcohol. It wasn't the best system but it worked. looking back on it now he isnât quite sure how he managed it all. Thinking of who he used to be Akushima canât help but agree with those who said he was crazy. Compared to those days Akushimaâs current routine was shockingly easy going. The peacefulness of his current routine, though be it refreshing, still occasionally left him wondering if it was the right decision to retire. In a way he misses it, how there was always something he could fill his time with. Sure, Akushima had come to a peaceful understanding of all that had happened, but he kept running into moments where he didnât quite know what to do with himself. All he could do was try to find things to keep himself occupied. Nowadays this morning routine would move as follows. Every morning unless he forced himself to sleep in, he would wake up at 6 a.m. His internal clock not quite forgetting the days when Akushima worked with the police department. After he'd pull himself out of bed, he'd carry out his ablutions and proceed to get dressed. Once he was dressed he'd head downstairs. Old habits are hard to die, so he would put on a pot of coffee. As the coffee brewed Akushima would do a sweep of the house to see if there was any mes or clutter left over from the day before. He'd tidy up soon, but first he'd put Sneaky into recharge. She didn't much care for the vacuum cleaner, for it would raise much more than just her hackles. So rather than dealing with her weapons systems going online, Akushima would put her into recharge for while he tidied up. Yes, it was a bit annoying, but it was a typical issue with retired police issue allmates. Akushima was happier to have her there to watch his back, then to be alone in the old house. During the first two years of his retirement Akushima completely renovated the place. Restoring not just the building itself but the furniture in it as well. The old house had been a good project to keep him busy. Something Akushima could do with his own two hands, and the sense of accomplishment he felt when he was finished. Well, that was more than worth the hard work. He had even picked up a few skills along the way, which wasn't so bad. Compared to the rest of Midorijima his entire home was practically an antique, but it suit him just fine. The familiarity of the place, the memories of his childhood is contained in its walls, it all put Akushima at ease. Simply, it was home. It wasn't uncommon for him to mull over the past while he cleaned. In fact it was as if his mind ran much more efficiently with part of his focus being on simple tasks. Of course the regularity of the things that needed to be done would find Akushima finished with cleanup quiet quickly, and moving on. At this point heâd wake Sneaky, and enjoy a cup of coffee while he checked his messages and talk his sister Nariko, overseas. Then Akushima would decide what he'd be doing that day. During the weekdays he'd have breakfast at a small cafe he liked, but apart from that things tended to vary. Sometimes Akushima would watch his sister Yoko's kids, sometimes he would just mill about the city, but most days heâd work on his various hobbies. With this he could keep moving foreword. Though some of the pattern has changed the routine is still there.
