finals start in two days so it’s full speed ahead. first up: ethics! sadly had to skip my yoga class this morning to study, but i’m gonna go on thursday or friday instead when i have more time.

March, 16th - Today I woke up at 6.40 to go to the police station since a nice little guy decided to stole a lot of money from me, anyway, that didn’t stop me, I’m studying and keeping myself hydrated 🌿

I really should clean my desk before the New Year arrives tonight, but I’m also 1 week out from a major exam… The pre-exam mess and stress is real. I don’t ever do New Year’s resolutions since I’m an inpatient Aries who would rather start things as soon I think of them!  However, reflecting upon everything today, I think I’ll make my resolution this: 

I will be conscious of what I eat, and exercise more. 

So what does this mean exactly? Am I about to turn into a health/fitness blog? No lol. I know that healthy eating and exercise has positive impacts on my mental health, which inevitably helps me approach my schoolwork with a much clearer mind. Dealing with anxiety this year, my concentration, memory and energy levels were greatly affected to the point where I was falling asleep at my desk. I’ve since tweaked my planning system to accommodate the fatigue, which has helped a lot, but I’m ready to continue this journey and do my best work yet next year. Watch out, guys!

I haven’t posted in a bit & it’s because I’ve been holed up scribbling messy notes or going to study groups omg. anywaysss, currently writing a paper on gangs for my crime & organization class. It’s really cool but my google search makes me look like I’m interested in joining a gang in Canada lol

I had Surgery course final exam.

Last time I’m having surgery sessions in college, next time it’s gonna be a hospital and I’ll wear my badge as a Doctor.

After catching up with friends this break and seeing a lot of them be less excited about college than they were a year ago (sophomore slump is real), I realized I am So Lucky to love my school as much I do, to be as excited to wake up every day and go to my classes, to genuinely miss school every time I leave for breaks, to literally live the college life I dreamed about having for so long — I realize more and more that while my life is far from perfect, I am really really grateful for the experiences I’ve had

Also today was my 20th birthday and I am just in a very reflective mood and can’t believe it’s been 2 decades of life wow :3
