Benji's Buzzathon Day Two💈
While Alan takes off the work boots and socks he's had on all day, he suddenly remembers where he's seen our photographer before.
"Now I remember," he says excitedly. " You were that guy that cornered me in my driveway a couple of years back, right? You took all those pics of my feet for that magazine ad for an anti-fungal cream, right? I knew it!"
It just so happens that the photographer still has one of the photos he took on his phone.
"You gotta show that to all those guys in there. They laughed at me when I told em as if I was making it all up...My sock tan looks really cool hey. Better than that Gus and Tony's put together. Theirs is too defined. If you gonna do a tradie sock tan right it's gotta be gradual, not defined, otherwise it looks bloody ridiculous."
The photographer asks why Alan walks around with a towel around his neck a lot of the time?
"This? It's my sweat rag. I sweat heaps and it absorbs it."
The photographer confiscates it as he says it is too distracting in the photographs. He says he will give it back in the morning.
Alan presents with a pair of thongs that he discovered earlier while snooping through Ben's closet.
"I thought my feet would look good in these. Be sure to highlight my right foot more. It looks great from every angle. But then, so does my left when I think about it."
"So do you think I'll win the Best Sock Tan Comp?"
After taking shots of Alan's feet from various angles until boredom sets in, the photographer indicates that Alan would be a hot contender for the Best Sock Tan crown if he'd simply hurry up and cough up his twenty bucks, and go get a buzz cut.
"Well, why didn't ya say so before? I'll do anything to piss those other guys off."
