Weird question but, does anyone know how to lose fat in my ass ? I bought some jeans, they looked good and all but they didn’t fit. I got the jeans up over my butt, it fit my thighs and went up my butt but when I tried zipping it , the zippers didn’t reach each other. I swear if my ass was smaller it would have fit . I can’t even blame this on my stomach, the jeans were low rise. Or I’m just a fat ass, can you guys tell me any way that I can loose weight on my ass and leg area?

What I ate today- Thu 9 April

I had two small pieces of chocolate at 7pm

Started making some noodles , added some cheese, together that was around 300 £al

Had some apple juice- two cups not sure how much that was.

I’m guessing everything was around 1000 £al

Or less.

I’m not really proud of today but it’s fine I guess, I’ll just have to walk a lot tomorrow.

What I ate today - Wed 8 April

I had a small ice cream in a stick- around 179 £al at 3pm.

I made pasta with tuna and sauce- around 700 - 800 £al at 5 pm

Tea with milk - don’t know how much that is

I also had some water but that doesn’t really add much.

Tried fasting today….. lasted 28min
