i think that there are so many ways to talk about jonghyun. the most beautiful part of these talks is the fact that all these aspects about him will be merge into one concept: jonghyun is a human being full of things that time can’t remove or forget. it’s not only about the beauty of his music, it’s something very intimate about his person and his personality. all the things he said during the radio, or into his interview… they can show how much about his soul can be shown by his art and his desire to write about life and people.
he has said many times that he wanted to be a writer and even though we have only one novel from his career, this kind of dream is something that is still growing now. in all the things i still can watch and listen about him, also from people who met him in the past, his words, the beauty of his mind, all the thought he made grow inside him and then showing them through art, he’s still a fundamental part of this present. i tend to be scared of the passage of the time especially when i think about him, but if i stop to think about all the things he has left behind through his music and his passion for the human soul, i realize that there’s something about him, here, now, in this world, that will never disappear.
it’s not about the belief of a different way to see life, it’s about the concrete part of what jonghyun gave through his mind. his voice is stronger than the absence of a body, of a physical presence in the world. his person, his love for music and words… they’re the pure essence of what it means a memory that lives every day through the people who talk about it. that’s why i’ll never stop talking about him, i’ll never stop searching for new things about his art and his thoughts, even though we’re in a limited part in the time that has been given to us. it really doesn’t matter, about time. time isn’t enough to summarize the wonderful world that jonghyun is creating everyday through his intention to be a person who can comfort others, a person who can talk about the stories of the world, a person who will always be memorable in this universe.
jonghyun is more about time, he’s the essential part of the definition of an immortal art.
