redrew a 2023 mary for postcard purposes since i felt like… people weren't strongly in favour of the '23 drawing (see under the cut). i wanted something that was more sympathetic to the lonely nature of this character, forced to forever wander in purgatory alone. prints if you want | my ib art tag

i thought i eventually needed to draw shintaro being a freaking dad bc it was stupid to repeat all the time ohhh... he's totally around... *doesn't draw them* so i'll probably feature them slightly more just for that purpose lol. i gave them simple names that sound funny together

i love that for a surface kagepro fan ayano is the dead girl u dont know much about and haunts the narrative blah blah and yeah they probably know she's a huge loser for context clues like she's into the worst guy in the world basically and is really bad at math etc. but if u dig deeper you find out she's an EVEN BIGGER loser who's obsessed with superheroes and even fails at killing herself out of situations bc she's brought back to life

These are also old and these two look a little different now but MORE OC ART THIS TIME OF MY BELOVED HORRIBLE GUYS… they are chaotic but in love and living their best lives… Heres them on their anniversary :’) they eat dinner and watch old movies and listen to the beach boys and barry white and are all over each other…

Expect to see them a lot, they mean everything to me and Im really annoying about them lol
