जय मां सिद्धिदात्री 🙏

या देवी सर्वभू‍तेषु माँ सिद्धिदात्री रूपेण संस्थिता। नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नम:।

सिद्धिदात्री हिंदू मां देवी महादेवी के नवदुर्गा (नौ रूपों) पहलुओं में नौवीं और अंतिम है। उनके नाम का अर्थ इस प्रकार है: सिद्धि का अर्थ है अलौकिक शक्ति या ध्यान करने की क्षमता, और धात्री का अर्थ है दाता या पुरस्कार देने वाला। नवरात्रि के नौवें दिन(नवदुर्गा की नौ रातें) उनकी पूजा की जाती है; वह सभी दिव्य आकांक्षाओं को पूरा करती है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि भगवान शिव के शरीर का एक हिस्सा देवी सिद्धिदात्री का है । इसलिए उन्हें अर्धनारीश्वर के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।

Mahagauri is the eighth form among the Navadurga aspects of the Hindu mother goddess Mahadevi. She is worshipped on the eighth day of Navaratri. According to Hinduism, Mahagauri has the power to fulfill all the desires of her devotees. The one who worships the goddess, gets relief from all the sufferings in life.[1] Mahagauri has four arms. Her right arm is in the pose of allaying fear and right lower hand holds a trident in it. She holds a tambourine in her left upper arm and the lower one is in the form of a blessing.

Jai Maa Kalratri

It is not uncommon to find the names, Kali and Kalaratri being used interchangeably,[2] although these two deities are argued to be separate entities by some.[3] Kali is first mentioned in Hinduism as a distinct goddess around 3000 BC. Chronologically then, Kaalratri (described textually in the Mahabharata, dated 3137 BC - 3067 BC) predates but most likely, informs, present representations of Kali.

Kaalratri is traditionally worshipped during the nine nights of Navratri celebrations.[4] The seventh day of Navratri pooja (Hindu prayer ritual) in particular is dedicated to her and she is considered the fiercest form of the Mother Goddess, her appearance itself invoking fear. This form of Goddess is believed to be the destroyer of all demon entities, ghosts, evil spirits and negative energies, who flee upon knowing of her arrival.[5]

The Saudhikagama, an ancient Tantric text referenced in the Silpa Prakasha, describes Goddess Kalaratri as being the goddess that rules the night portion of every day and night. She is also associated with the crown chakra (also known as the sahasrara chakra), thereby giving the invoker, siddhis and niddhis (particularly, knowledge, power and wealth).

Kaalratri is also known as Shubankari (शुभंकरी) - meaning auspicious/doing good in Sanskrit, due to the belief that she always provides auspicious results to her devotees. Hence, it is believed that she makes her devotees fearless.

Other less well-known names of Goddess Kaalratri include Raudri and Dhumorna.[6]

Katyayani (कात्यायनी) is the sixth aspect of the Navadurga forms of Mahadevi. She is seen as the slayer of the tyrannical demon Mahishasura. She is also the sixth form amongst Navadurga or the nine forms of Hindu goddess Durga , worshipped during the Navaratri celebrations.[1] She may be depicted with four, ten, or eighteen hands. This is the second name given for Goddess Adi Parashakti in Amarakosha, the Sanskrit lexicon (Goddess Parvati names- Uma, Katyayani, Gauri, Kali, Haimavati, Ishwari).

In Shaktism, she is associated with the fierce forms of Shakti or Durga, a warrior goddess, which also includes Bhadrakali and Chandika,[2] and traditionally she is associated with the colour red, as with Goddess Parvati, the primordial form of Shakti, a fact also mentioned in Patanjali's Mahabhashya on Pāṇini, written in 2nd century BCE.[3]

She is first mentioned in the Taittiriya Aranyaka part of the Yajurveda. Skanda Purana mentions her being created out of the spontaneous anger of Gods, which eventually led to slaying the demon, Mahishasura, mounted on the lion. This occasion is celebrated during the annual Durga Puja festival in most parts of India.[4]

Her exploits are described in the Devi-Bhagavata Purana and Devi Mahatmyam, part of the Markandeya Purana attributed to sage Markandeya Rishi, who wrote it in Sanskrit ca. 400-500 CE. Over a period of time, her presence was also felt in Buddhist and Jain texts and several Tantric text, especially the Kalika-Purana(10th century), which mentions Uddiyana or Odradesa (Odisha), as the seat of Goddess Katyayani and Lord Jagannath[citation needed].[5]

In Hindu traditions like Yoga and Tantra, she is ascribed to the sixth Ajna Chakra or the Third eye chakra and her blessings are invoked by concentrating on this point.[1]

Kushmanda is the Goddess who has the power and capability to live inside the Sun. The glow and radiance of her body is as luminous as that of the Sun.

Goddess Kushmanda is worshipped on the fourth day of Navratri.

Goddess Kushmanda has eight hands and because of that She is also known as Ashtabhuja Devi. It is believed that all the power to bestow Siddhis and Niddhis are located in her Jap Mala.

It is stated that She created the whole universe, which is called Brahmanda (ब्रह्माण्ड) in Sanskrit, by just flashing little bit of her smile. She also likes Bali of white pumpkin known as Kushmanda (कूष्माण्ड). Due to her association with Brahmanda and Kushmanda She is popularly known as Goddess Kushmanda.

In Hinduism, Chandraghanta is the third navadurga aspect of goddess Mahadevi. Her name Chandra-Ghanta, means "one who has a half-moon shaped like a bell. Her third eye is always opened and she is always ready for war against demons". She is also known as Chandrakhanda, Chandika or Rannchandi. Her worship takes place on the third day of Navaratri (the nine divine nights of Navadurga). She is believed to reward people with her grace, bravery and courage. By her grace, all the sins, distresses, physical sufferings, mental tribulations and ghostly hurdles of the devotees are eradicated. It also represents her married form. She is Avatar of Parvati who killed many demons with kicks and slaps🙏

अर्थ : हे माँ! सर्वत्र विराजमान और ब्रह्मचारिणी के रूप में प्रसिद्ध अम्बे, आपको मेरा बार-बार प्रणाम है। या मैं आपको बारंबार प्रणाम करता हूँ।

माँ दुर्गाजी का यह दूसरा स्वरूप भक्तों और सिद्धों को अनन्तफल देने वाला है। इनकी उपासना से मनुष्य में तप, त्याग, वैराग्य, सदाचार, संयम की वृद्धि होती है। जीवन के कठिन संघर्षों में भी उसका मन कर्तव्य-पथ से विचलित नहीं होता।

माँ ब्रह्मचारिणी देवी की कृपा से उसे सर्वत्र सिद्धि और विजय की प्राप्ति होती है। दुर्गा पूजा के दूसरे दिन इन्हीं के स्वरूप की उपासना की जाती है। इस दिन साधक का मन ‘स्वाधिष्ठान ’चक्र में शिथिल होता है। इस चक्र में अवस्थित मनवाला योगी उनकी कृपा और भक्ति प्राप्त करता है।

इस दिन ऐसी कन्याओं का पूजन किया जाता है कि जिनका विवाह तय हो गया है लेकिन अभी शादी नहीं हुई है। इन्हें अपने घर बुलाकर पूजन के पश्चात भोजन कराकर वस्त्र, पात्र आदि भेंट किए जाते हैं।
