Something new is blooming within me, this idea keeps getting louder in my life, SOUL NOURISHMENT.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I keep having this really intense revelation, - why do we as a society starve the soul?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We disconnect and ignore our bodies ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We don’t honor or process our emotions as we should. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We fight off compliments or refuse to take them in. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We refuse help. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We refuse to receive.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We have created a world where the practical and the spiritual are disconnected. This is why we are craving connection as a society. This Idealization of judgment, ignoring our bodies and not honoring our emotions needs to stop.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Instead we need to merge the Practical and the Spiritual into one.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What Lights me up & feeds my soul?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What nourishes me?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What does my soul crave?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What is my soul calling me to do?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We must stop dimming our light and choose to nourish our soul more than ever.
