I love bread for the taste, how it fills me and adds completion to my cup of tea or meal. I love bread because its substantive all on its on; because it can be sweet, savory or both. I love bread because it makes others happy and I’m always inclined to feed people, nourish them with quality food. There’s a story line behind each of my breads but the silver lining is that baking bread brings out creativity, innovation and passion from deep within me. I love bread for the purpose is has placed in my life.
