Introduction
This blog is to share things on my bucket list of sorts, as well as share fond memories of past escapades. I’ve struggled with how to do this without sounding pathetic or seem like I’m seeking sympathy. This is definitely not the purpose. I was diagnosed with a rare progressive disease, basically a form of muscular dystrophy. In the form I have, it doesn’t present any symptoms until adulthood. In my case at age 39 yo. To clarify, this bucket list is things I want to do before this disease affects me physically. I do have a real bucket list of things before I die, but I will have many more years of life to accomplish those, just may not be in the best physical condition. However, it will begin weakening my muscles and I have no idea how soon. It could be a couple of months, or a year. I hate to generalize all guys, but I accept that once the disease becomes apparent, it’s going to be really hard to attract guys to play. (I’m definitely holding out hope of meeting my Mr. Right, but as long as I’m single, I want to enjoy life) So in the time I have before that, I want to do some of these things and finally experiment and explore the inner kink I’ve always ignored. I’m a quiet/shy guy at first and kinda reserved, so it’s difficult for me to go out and meet guys. Not to mention I’m in the Midwest US so not many outlets besides a bar or two. I’m average build, masculine, and good looking. So I would welcome any advice or suggestions on how to actually accomplish any of these. I’m completely open to travel in the US (hopefully, Europe in 2017).
