legendasalvatoris received a kiss!
premise: psychic au!
It had been a while since he first entered her gym.
There'd been plenty of trials she'd thrown him into, not merely getting accepted by the others, but by her as well. She had no favorites among them, but she made an exception for him, making it even more difficult to attempt even the slightest thing in her presence. It became almost like a game within the gym. The butt of the jokes, the runt of the litter -- but he'd seemed to overcome them all, if not with ability with wit, and that was something she had come to appreciate thoroughly.
So, it wasn't all too strange when she called on him, personally, one day.
What followed, however, would.
She gripped his chin, pulling him close. It was a quick and gritty sort of action, the messing of lips, before she'd pull back.
"A reward."
And, with that, she let him go.
The quick and abrupt manner would send most reeling back, but not him. He'd managed to stand tall, and she wouldn't have it any other way.
(( Sphallolalia for that stripper au cuz wynaut-- ))
Sphallolalia - Flirtatious talk that leads no where.
[ you know the only reason why I haven’t replied yet is because I’m having a hard time trying to describe Sabrina giving her a lap dance and I can’t exactly research it without feeling like a creep. You can see kisses in just about every movie, but not that. Not that. I’ll figure it out eventually tho. orz ]
It seemed as though their first day had gone extremely well. She was called, once again and specifically for that shy and awkward girl from before, and today she planned on giving her a show.
Or had planned on it.
Today, it looked as though Gardenia was trying to impress her. No matter how warm she became from Sabrina’s advances, she’d try to counter with her own clumsily made moves. It was adorable—in the same way a kitten was, seeing as she was nowhere near as confident as she needed to be in this line of business.
But she wants her money, so she pretends that it does, for both of their sakes, and goes along with the clumsy words and the drawn out touches, which were easily stopped and buffered with her own little quip here and there.
And, by the time she does manage to say something that catches Sabrina off guard, time’s up, and she easily masks her surprise, before (politely) kicking her out of the room.
Smooth wasn’t quite in his dictionary, she noted, after watching him for a day or so. It was an act, abet a weak one, that had earned her attention if only because she’d found it amusing how he’d change when the others were away and he was left with the repercussions of his speech. It was … over dramatic, if she were to be entirely honest.
And, on a day like this, it left him without an umbrella, stuck a indoors in wait for the rain to cool down even if marginally.
She only knew this because she managed to catch him as she was about to head out. The thunder and lightning only added to the backdrop of her imaginings of him as a oversized kitten waiting for someone to pick him up and drag him off to someplace dry and safe from the rain and lightning.
She rubbed her temple as he looked out into the rain, debating whether or not to brave it, and then chose to expand her umbrella right next to him, shielding them both from the rain. It was pity, perhaps, but it didn't stop her. “Let’s go,” she said, tugging him beneath it as she walked, ignoring any protests he might have had.
Send me "what if" and a scenario and I'll write an AU drabble based on it
"Mother," she rasped.
Her mother was a writer, a calligrapher, not a martial artist like her and the rest of the family, but the wooden sword in her hand was no joke. She wielded it as though it had been with her an entire lifetime. The natural talent was enough to make up for the difference in experience between the two. The force was enough for her to call up a barrier.
“Don’t call me that— I am not your mother!”
Pulled from her grip, the broken bokken struck once more, and she held up another barrier to meet it, pushing forth to strike the ground.
“Mom! Natsume!”
The sound of wood splintering around them was enough to alert her father and brother in the gym just next door. Her old man rushed to meet her mother, trying to usher her into lowering her sword as she dropped her hands.
[ “Kaa-san, you need to calm down.”
” Not until that thing leaves.”
”You’ve being unreasonable she—”
” Don’t tell me I’m being unreasonable—”]
Natsume flinched as a heavy hand met her cheek. It was her brother’s, clumsily trying to rub away the blood that started to spill. “Come on; we should get that patched up.” He murmured, pulling away to hold the door open for her. She hadn’t missed just how he’d looked her over. “Did she get you anywhere else?”
She opted not to answer verbally, giving just a shrug to explain everything, and followed on after him. Both seemed to ignore the continued yelling that was going on inside. It wasn’t anything they hadn’t faced before. Her mother was just ‘lucky’ that it’d splintered in two. If it hadn’t, she doubted she’d ever have gotten cut in the first place.
At least her brother understood, even if he didn’t want to, and moved the topic towards something ‘safer.’ The bokken. “How did she even get her hands on one of those?”
"It was a memento from Grandfather. She took it off the mantle."
"Ah."
There was a moment of silence between the two as he made her sit as he cleaned up the scratch with some antiseptic. He was an overbearing older brother sometimes, just as much as the other was a muscle-head, but he always made sure to dote on both of them (in his own special way). She imagined it had something to do with being the oldest. Just like how he would sigh once he was finished and take a seat next to her while they watched the middle brother teach the members of their dojo.
The earlier incident would way heavily on their mind.
"Why do you do this to yourself?”
"It’s my fault she’s like this."
"It’s never your fault.” He would interrupt, angrily. And, she wasn’t able to tell if he was angry at her, angry at their mother, or even angry at himself for allowing things between them become so harsh, but she could feel it. The pause was enough for him to calm down, restrain himself, and think far more logically. “She’s just —” He floundered a little, struggling to find the right words. “She doesn’t understand.”
"You don’t either." She leaned back in her chair. "No one here does, but if I hadn’t—"
"You tried to help. That’s all that matters."
"Even if she’s worse now because of it?"
"I know you wouldn’t hurt me or anyone of us — on purpose anyways. It’s not like he'll let you.” He winked. “Right, Kadabra?”
The psychic type stepped in just then, giving the psychic an ‘irksome’ and all knowing glance. He agreed, per usual, with the older sibling.
She gave a disgusted huff as she stood once more. “We haven’t sparred in a while. I think you could use getting your ass handed back to you.”
premise: Our story revolves around an all girl's boarding school, in a place so heavily laced with tradition, and two girls who have to share a room.
It has already been a month since the welcoming ceremony, and their room couldn't be any more conflicting. On one side, it was fairly decorated. It wasn’t enough to be overbearing, (not at all!), but it made itself very clear that a girl had occupied that side of the room with the few girlish bobbles here and there. The other side of the room was entirely the opposite. It looked as though it had never been touched. There was nothing on the desk, not even a pen or a notebook. The bed was far too neatly fixed, and there was nothing about that side of the room in general that seemed to say it was lived in.
Perhaps, it would be because they were looking in the wrong place.
On this slow, Saturday morning, the closed curtains did little to shield the room’s only occupants from the bright sun. One of them would twitch as the sun creep up on them, moving ever closer to the warmth in her arms, letting out a sleepy huff.
“Turn off the sun,” Natsume murmured against the swirl of sleek, dark hair of the girl who rightfully owned the decorated half of the room.
