@alootus asked: it was him, it had to be, but everything about the way he carried himself seemed to have changed somehow, as if this was a completely different person in a distantly familiar body. then again, it’d been a long time since she’d last cast her eyes on him let alone talked to him — the passage of time changed things, but this much ? clearing her throat, she finally spoke to him. ❝ kenobi ? is it you ? ❞ / an unprompted thingy for you ! ♡ some sith verse mayhaps ?
Breath caught, eyes locking onto the female before him. A foreign ache grew from within him the longer he stared and the longer she lingered. Standing there before him, a brilliant soul opposite of his darkened one. The sound of that name, even just his surname, felt so strange falling from her lips. He was no longer the Obi-Wan Kenobi she knew before.
"Kenobi..." he repeated, intense gaze ripping from her as a hand raised to move loose strands of hair from his own face. Leave it to none other than Padmé herself to cause the man's vicious exterior to crack, if even for just a moment.
"No longer do I report to such a name - it's Darth Sol now."
