It was suddenly extremely dark due to a blackout that started not too long ago and Suzanne could feel the younger female freeze next to her. Chuckling softly, the older female nodded upon hearing the request, reaching out to hold onto her hand despite standing in the dark. “Hey..” She started, her voice was soft and calm in hopes to soothe the other. “Are you okay?” She asked while taking a few steps closer until she could feel the other’s frame close by; Suzanne brought her free hand up to reach out towards the other, hoping to brush the hair off Isabelle’s face. “Don’t worry, unnie is right here, yeah? I won’t leave you.” She reassured the other, a soft smile forming on her lips.
⋯ Isabelle wasn’t one to be scared easily, actually, she was fearless most of the time. Insects, abandoned places, graveyards, heights, any other things that often seemed to scare people didn’t have an effect on her since she had experienced them all in her life, thanks to her hobby and curiosity. But the dark was something different. Hearing Suzanne’s voice Bella nod her head, forgetting that the other couldn’t see her. “ I am here, unnie. “ Her voice was soft and had a faint hint of fear in it, hoping the other would be able to find her faster if she spoke. Only as she felt a hand brush away some hair and the presence of the older female Isabelle let out the breath she was holding in, her hands reaching out to hold-- practically cling-- on to the female. “ What happened? Did someone forget to pay their bill or is this just a random blackout? There’s no storm out there, is it? “
