I miss talking to basically all of you.

Spent a lot of time in therapy today talking about connecting with people and myself. And about asking for help, especially during times like these where I really just don't feel heard in my day to day life by... basically anyone. I never understood what it meant to be "emotionally unavailable" or to fear being vulnerable but I definitely get it now and it sucks.

It feels like I used to have all of these friends on the internet that basically used Tumblr like a bat signal. I used to be able to just start Posting Through It and then someone would ask me what was going on and I could talk about my problems without feeling as much like I was imposing. My DMs are full of evidence of that. But all of those people have moved on and we've lost touch in most cases. And now I'm almost fully anonymous on the internet so I can't make those connections anymore, even when I make posts like this clearly in some attempt to have that experience again.

I miss my old mutuals. I wish I could've hung out with the ones I never got to hang out with, but in a lot of ways it was just easier for me to be friends on the internet. I want to be known so bad but I don't know how to be known in real life and it feels terrifying.

Re-watching she ra and the princesses of power also made me realize that Bow’s name was spelled exactly like the literal weapon.

i really thought it was something more subtle, like Beau, but nope this is coming from a show with such names as Catra, Frosta, Scorpia, Netossa, Angella, etc.

I was a fool to think there would be any subtlety here

she is living her best life. she is friends with everybody on all sides of this war and does not clock that this might be a problem for some. she sees failure as an opportunity to learn and grow and not some moral failing. she is in your walls.
