Orion's answer comes as a sudden growth of material covers his frame! He yells in surprise, stumbling back and landing on his aft as he's covered helm to pede in a yellow and white polyester material, with a hood developing over his helm that resembles...some sort of avian earth creature. He gets back up and stares in an adjacent mirror, optics wide and horrified.

"No way I'm wearing this! How am I supposed to mine!?"

He's scrambling to remove it but has no idea how zippers work, so the poor thing is just...wriggling around ridiculously.

Relationship status:  verse dependent. Main verse he's often single due to shyness, sometimes in a situationship or a arc focused romance that ends in seperation. Have a few verses where he's married, committed, or in some odd romance. Down to explore romances with the homies.

Opinion on true love: Chris and true love tend to find each other in the small moments with people. Especially his friendships turned romance. Sure he thinks true love can be shown in grand gestures, but it always meets him in the smaller intimate moments. Playing guitar with someone, making dinner with them, helping each other after being out all day. Tends to quote Juno's dad when it comes to true love. 'Good mood, bad mood, ugly, pretty, handsome, what have you; the right person is still going to think the sun shines out of your ass. That's the kind of person worth sticking with'.

Opinion on love at first sight:As much as Chris swears he feels it whenever a cutie patootie walks by or makes him laugh, but he tends to doubt it. Double hilarious because there have a few romances that started off as a love at first sight type thing.

How ‘romantic’ are they?: The lad is romantic af. Once you get past the shyness, Chris can be quite the heartthrob. Surprise visits, flowers, favorite sweets baked from scratch. When he likes you, he will shyly court you in all the classic ways. When you're together, he doesn't stop with the romancin.

Ideal physical traits: a nice voice, speaking and singing. Graceful fingers with a nice pair of eyes (parnormal or other wise). Sharp teeth tend to get him blushing. Tends to fall for shorter people who are no stranger to brawl and lifting. Tends to lean towards varied body types. A sucker for a nice ass

Ideal personality traits: a little mean with pockets of sweetness. Smart cookies with a sense of humor always draws him in. Doubley so if you're a little off putting or have weird interests. Not afraid to be flirty. Usually falls for people who are very forward about him taking care of himself once they get too close to him.

Unattractive physical traits: Not too many? He tends to find beayuty in every trait of someone he loves. Maybe nails that aren't taken care of.

Unattractive personality traits: condescending, unsupportive, all take no give. Not the biggest fan of Debbie Downers or buzzkills. Anyone who's dismissive of his interests gives him the automatic ick.

Do they have a type?: In the words of Hazel Richardson 'someone who's smart as fuck and can give him a kick in the ass.' All his partners have very cool niche fashion (Daisy was very chill 90's vibe, Acacia had a 70s baddie thing going and Xavier had a mean sweater game) Will neither confirm nor deny if a Southern baddie is his weakness.

Average relationship length: Canonically, his relationships last a few months to a year. Usually he's the dumpee due to life circumstances. Tumblr thread wise? Same thing.

Past relationships?: Daisy sweet Daisy who still has his virginity and title of first love, pretty sure she thinks of him from time to time. Acacia not only has her bite marks still on him but his polaroid is on her nightstand, still wonders about him in between travels and debates on seeing him one more time. Xavier can eat a dick.

Favourite canon ship: I'd say Chris x Delainey in his main verse but that's it.

Favourite non-canon ship: All the homies on here. So many good ships and fun threads.

To say he was "out of practice" with using a holoavatar would be generous. For a time, he fooled even the most astute policeman and would-be car thief with his convincing display of "personhood". Now all his avatar did was reach places he couldn't, like behind a cabinet or in the back of a drawer.

One thing he did remember, was his avatar was just the right size to encourage surprise affection from the younger, smaller members of Team Prime.

Dennis sidled up beside the dark haired man and then sheepishly wrapped his arms about the projection. It took only a moment for Optimus to animate. A warm smile pulling at his weathered features and the corners of his eyes crinkling with fondness. Yes. He remembered how to hug.
