👫 from Arden and Emery

ARDEN

Arden and Libby met through Emery. For a Halloween costume, Arden needs some SFX makeup which is Libby’s speciality so Emery suggested for Libby to help Arden with this.

Arden is the most used model in Libby’s portfolio of makeup ranging from beauty glam, natural and SFX. 

Libby does find it very hard to trust people but surprisingly, Arden and Libby seemed to get along really fast. They are quite similar in personality and they respect each other. E.G. When Libby didn’t want to talk about her ex, Arden respected that. 

Libby does actually find Arden really hot. Although they have never done anything with each other and usually been wingmen to help each other out. That doesn’t mean that Libby would never go there.

EMERY

Emery and Liberty met through the student theatre. However, they didn’t meet very quick through that. Libby gets called to rehearsals when they need to start looking at costumes and makeup which isn’t until roles are handed out. She usually just sits at the back during rehearsals and draws out ideas so they didn’t meet until actually doing a size fitting for a costume.

Emery has been a model for Liberty’s portfolios a few times and occasionally she adds a little glitter here and there for his gig at Mouthful. 

When Libby is angry, Emery is one of the few people who can calm her down and make her think rationally. There have been multiple alcohol related times where she has almost started fights and Emery’s dragged her away and got her to successfully calm down.

Libby is practically a regular at mouthful. She’s there to support her friend for definite but she just loves the atmosphere and Emery is an excuse to go there.

👫 from Noah, Hadley and Arden

NOAH

Romeo and Noah actually met when Noah seemed to be having an off night on picking up a girl. He came to the bar feeling somewhat defeated when Romeo tapped the girl next to him and started getting this girl to talk to him and left them to it. They bumped in together again at a Greek society event where they actually talked properly.

Although they may not see each other all the time given their busy lives, they do find them to at least drop each other messages and check in - even if replies are sporadic throughout the day.

Noah has done a few PT sessions with Romeo but he made sure to give him a “mates rates” discount. 

Even with Romeo very almost in a relationship, he is still determined to be a wingman for Noah. He is loyal in that respect and will do anything to help his friend get laid.

HADLEY

Romeo, Hadley and Arden have a group chat called ‘Drink H2O’. It is a reminder that pops up on your phone whenever someone speaks in the group chat to also remember to drink water. Clearly, this was Romeo’s idea and Hadley backed him on this.

Hadley was one of Romeo’s first friends at Monarch. The pair got on very easy from the first moment. Their personalities just clicked and that’s been it since then.

When Addison left Hadley, Romeo was there when he found out with ice cream and would often cook her meals to make sure he was eating. He’d work until 9pm and then come straight to hers to check on her every day.

There was one drunken night where they made out and could have gone further but they both just ended up laughing at how weird it was and never spoke about it again.

ARDEN

Referring back to the group chat ‘Drink H20′, Arden was the one initially not keen on the group name and tried to fight it but Romeo and Hadley eventually talked her down. The other name options were: Sink or Swim, Turtles (including a turtle emoji on the end), New Wave and Little Mermaids.

Arden initially didn’t trust Romeo. She couldn’t believe someone was as nice as him and thought it was fake but eventually she saw that he was just a good guy and then their friendship began to blossom. 

When it comes to girls he regularly had slept with and any relationship, he does like to get Arden’s approval (even just on how they look). Since she can be hard to please, if he has her approval, he knows it’s definitely a good idea. It doesn’t always mean he won’t do it but he likes that backing.

Romeo is very accommodating to Arden’s eating habits. He is more than happy to go with her to vegan restaurants and make her vegan dishes from time to time.

i wrote this drabble because of my feelings about { this }

It hadn't been long, a day or two -- maybe three.    to be honest Paxton had lost track. Seconds melted to minutes, to hours,    to days -- as she held Arden in her arms in that hotel room. flickering light    bulbs, bugs and time having battered the cheap fluorescents. They had starred at the television, though not quite watched, spoken, but not    quite talked. The demon began worrying more and more by the moment    that they would be found -- here, alone with just eachother.                                                                 They needed to move. ---    It had taken some convincing -- soft kisses and gentle words, blanketing the     seriousness of the conversation, mostly one-sided to nods & chaste whines.     -- until the angel was in her car, then her elevator, then her penthouse.     Paxton had sent her servants to their quarters before they had arrived. She     didn't want them seeing Arden like this -- they were jealous enough already.     the angel being so near, and vulnerable, -- that would be too fun for them.  During the night Arden would whimper, and shake -- burrowing into the arms     of the other in what Paxton could only assume was nightmare of the months     passed. It pained her, pressed down on the cracks that already had invaded     the shell of her heart. She grasped the blonde close, shushing involuntarily     hoping the keep Arden at rest, even with the restless nature of it - Arden     needed it. Even the darkest of sleep is better than going without it for days.  The demon had passed out before morning, knowing such by waking to the    sun piercing through the fabric of her bedroom's curtains -- her waking     was bittersweet, -- she hadn't meant to fall asleep, and her sudden alert    had woken the blonde in her hold -- to a place she didn't recognize.                                                                 " I'm not -- this isn't -- "  Pax could see it, -- fear -- confusion -- panic;    all within cerulean irises as the angel hurriedly got up, taking half of the    sheets with her in the process -- she was running -- to who knows where.    did she even know?                                                                  " Arden - Arden - No. "  She didn't bother grabbing a sheet, a shirt -- anything.    the fear that Arden would leave invading all thought and reason.                                                                 " Hey - hey - shh.                                                                      look at me - look at -                                                                      Arden, it's me - hey.                                                                   You're safe, Arden. "  Paxton cupped the blonde's cheeks lightly, rubbing a thumb over her lips.    her voice barely over a whisper  - a worry that she would scare the other    further.                                                                 " It's okay - I'm here.                                                                       y o u 'r e  s a f e . "
