Send me a ▲ for my muse to wake up to yours climbing through their bedroom window.
It was incredibly unlikely that Marinette would go to bed at a proper time and tonight was no exception. She was constantly lost in her projects and designs that always took way too long to complete, but she couldn’t stop once she got going.
The inspiration would burn a whole into her brain all night if she didn’t let the creativity out as soon as it came on. It was just past two in the morning when she had settled into bed to get some sleep before school the next morning, but the latch on her window squeaked, alerting her to the presence of something.
Or rather, somebody.
Confused, Marinette turned on the nearest source of light and blinked back the sleep from her eyes. “Cat Noir? What are you doing here?”
It was so late, she didn’t expect to see him tonight, but it was unlikely that anybody else would be crawling in through her bedroom window either. Perhaps he couldn’t sleep or something was bothering him too much.
Either way, she would do her best to help him.
