The Special Kids Azazel fed demon blood all developed some kind of supernatural power. The more they embraced it and cultivated it, the stronger it became until some developed secondary and teriary abilities. For example, Sam Winchester originally had the gift of Clairvoyance, but under duress and with much focus, he was able to use Telekinesis. Later on - and with much difficulty and training - he could exorcise demons using only his mind.
Vivienne's inherent ability is Empathy, the ability to sense and influence the emotions of people around her. As long as she can remain in control of her own emotions and recognise which feelings are hers and which are not, she is capable of changing the emotions of people around her. During year one, she has very little control over these abilities and more often than not is swept away with the waves of emotions constantly crashing on her. But every once in a while, she is confident (or desperate) enough to change the emotion of someone or subtly influence multiple someones in her area.
Her secondary and tertiary abilities will not develop for some time, though she grows slowly stronger and stronger with her daily doses of demon blood. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ { <#3 }
