Dodogama eats rocks mainly as his diet, but can also eat most crystalline things as well, such as gems, and even salt crystals.  He can even drink straight lava without any ill effect!  All of them do the same thing for his main form of attack, however; his lava-like spit will remain the same no matter what he eats.
