Stella wasn’t sure how she’d attracted the attention of so many birds. She’d been sitting in the park, under a tree, minding her own business when the first bird appeared. Then another, then another, and now there were 5 birds on her and a duck in her lap. She was frozen, trapped, she couldn’t move or the birds would be scared.
She stared desperately at the man in front of her, silently willing him to help her get the birds off.
