(Twelve unpopular opinions? Let’s play a game called ‘How Hina Loses Friends and Followers 2k17′:
1) I am not a fan of sexuality, in general, so the rampant sex and sexuality on Tumblr is, honestly, overwhelming and a bit irritating. Not that I think people should stop, mind you, just that I’m in the reverse camp on the topic.
2) Truthfully, I’m not excited for a female Doctor. Because I don’t know if this is BBC pushing forward an agenda or because the woman really is good enough. I’m not going to judge her before a full series, but… I just don’t trust the BBC. And it’s less to do with her being a woman and more to do with I hate agenda pushing. Broadchurch was a good show, so I have faith.
3) HOWEVER, other than Paul McGann’s Eighth and John Hurt’s War Doctors, there haven’t been any good doctors since Hartnell/Troughton/Pertwee/Baker. I said it. I’ll say it again to, fight me >:o
4) [political] I think Bernie Sanders would have made an awful president, but if we’re being honest with ourselves, every option in 2016 was the wrong one. [/political]
5) You know something that is prevalent in my neck of the fandom? I don’t think Masashi Kishimoto was sexist, and I don’t hate him with an unnecessary passion. Honestly, I think he wrote himself into a corner and tried too hard to meet demands and scheduling. I still like the entirety of Naruto and came out of it not being a bitter person. Still have my likes and dislikes, such as;
6) I actually don’t like Sasuke or Sakura. I love RPers portrayals and attempts at adding more to them, but in the source material, I think they’re both bad characters. Not hating on them, but I never liked either of them (Sakura, however, I really enjoyed during the Suna stuff at the beginning of Shippuden when they showed how quick and skilled she was as a medic, and then again in her fight with Saosori when she didn’t complain about not being strong enough, she just DID IT). If the Sakura we got during Suna was the Sakura we got through the whole show, she would have been one of my favorite characters. But, ol’ Sausage Ukulele is just… Well, Sausage is a thing.
7) I don’t like people who spout hateful rhetoric and then hide behind clever moral loopholes to get away with what they’re saying. I don’t care if it’s about whites, gays, women, straights, blacks, men, whatever. Hate is hate and hateful people are disgusting.
8) Right Twix. Fight me.
9) Also, I have found the following things are not liked by many people: Dark chocolate, pineapple, mint, and coconut. Coincidentally, I have found that many people are terrible people that hate fun.
10) Vanilla ice cream is boring and you should be ashamed of yourself.
11) Sam Wilson is a terrible Captain America; Bucky Barnes is a terrible Captain America; Frank Castle is a terrible War Machine; Jane Foster is a terrible Thor; X-23 is a terrible Wolverine; Dick Grayson is a terrible Batman. Let them be who they were and stop messing with stuff I’m already not that smart and I like things to make sense to me :(
12) The opinion I think people will hate me the most in reality for? I think Deadpool is flat out an uninteresting and boring character. They took Deathstroke, gave him Joker’s insanity, and She-Hulk’s fourth wall breaking, then kept shoving him down everyone’s throats. I’m tired of Deadpool…
