*flops on the floor* idk what to do with paths. several shorter chapters or 3-ish long chapters to get through the next leg of the story? if shorter, i update sooner (as in now) but that means more cliffhangers. if longer, it takes more time but that means less cliffhangers. every chapter was almost double the size of the last since i started posting it lol so suddenly introducing a few smaller chapters in a row might be jarring.
