When she speaks in ｃｈａｔ ｆｏｎｔ , that means she doesn't show up in person because she is a Curator- which is quite alike a Narrator.
She can connect herself to other Offices to manipulate with stuff inside them; but that would require some efforts + hacking and it's for a very short time, so she doesn't do that often.
Some beings can sense her being all around even as she is not literally- ...but she is kinda all around.
Unlike Narrator, she is capable of going from a place to place. When that happens I write her speaking just like anyone else, quote marks included.
She is nearly omnipotent as long as she stays in her own place; which is a set of giant underground buildings.

Rilya rarely goes by her full name (both Rilyanára and Rátasilmë). She goes by Rilya.
Rilyanára is the name her father gave her, Rátasilmë is the name her mother gave her. Both names hold special meaning to her, as she has not seen her mother since she left Valinor and she has not seen her father since her was banned from Valinor.
She has very few memories of her father as she was only ten years old when he was banned from Valinor. She mostly knows of him through stories told to her by her mother and the stories she overheard from other elves.
Rilya is a very loving elf. She seems to always see the good in others, despite them not seeing the good in her. She wants to be friends with everyone, but due to her being the daughter of Fëanor, folk avoid her, leading to her having no friends outside of the wildlife.
Rilya loves animals. She spends most of her time with the wildlife, ensuring they are all well loved and properly cared for. She's been taking extra care of them since Eryn Lasgalen became sick.
Rilya was among the elves that went to attempt to aid Erebor when Smaug attacked. She was also among the elves that participated in the Battle of Five Armies.
Rilya does not let anyone touch her right hip.
Rilya often flinches at physical contact she does not initiate. She spent her entire life on edge and always aware of her surroundings, causing her to startle easily at unexpected loud noises.

Rilya fought in the War of Wrath. She did not come out unscathed, and bears large scars on many places of her body. The most notable one is the one that she has on her back, which starts at her left shoulder and goes diagonally across her back, stopping just above her right hipbone.
She has large scars on the outside of her left thigh, her right bicep, and her left hip.
She also has other smaller scars that litter her back and arms, as well as a small scar that goes horizontally on her cheek underneath her right eye.
Rilya often has nightmares of the times she spent locked up and tortured. While her conscious mind does not remember most of those times, her subconscious has retained every moment, causing her to relive those times in her dreams.
Rilya spent her entire time in Middle Earth being told by other elves that her scars from war made her ugly. After being told this by many elves for thousands of years, she began to believe it herself, leading to her having some self confidence issues.
Rilya has a brand, just above her right hip bone, that bears the word ulundowa in Tengwar script. The word means monster in Quenya.
She does not let anyone touch her right hip, as the scarred flesh is incredibly sensitive and still often feels like it is a fresh wound.

Since it has become a tradition in Fuyuki, Caren has continued the New Year’s mass at the church. While she is not as comfortable hosting mass she knows how much people enjoy it. Plus she is like her father in the sense that she enjoys ending two days in one hour. Some people say that by starting the year that way it ends up being a good year. She doesn’t understand it much but she enjoys the money from mass anyways.
