Mayer Hawthorne and J Rocc recently went on tour out in Japan to help promote J Rocc's new album Some Cold Roc Stuf. This video is filmed by Mayer Hawthorne with an iPhone while they were on tour this past weekend. After seeing this video it seems as if Hip Hop is more appreciated out in Japan than over here in US. #justsayin

I'm really excited to see what this album has just because J Rocc is one of my most influential, and favorite djs ever since I first started djing watching videos of him doing crazy mixing tricks that you will never see anyone else pull off. Known for being apart of the Beat Junkiez, and being Madlib's DJ. His recent CDs he has put out there have been funk mixes so I don't know what to expect from this album, but fire. I plan on getting this LP for sure!
