It was a bit weird having a guest for dinner besides Detective Jowd. But then, didn’t Sissel tell him he should try and actually make new friends besides the detective? So that was he was trying to do, he hoped. He’d met this guy at a cyber cafe one day and he seemed like a decent person, so why not? He was trying to make new friendships so it didn’t seem like a bad idea to invite him for a dinner at his home. Sissel would like to meet his new friend, too.
So when the door bell rang, he opened it, smiling politely.
“Ah, hello Cyrus! I see you got right on time. Sissel just finished preparing dinner. You can make yourself at home.”
