What if someone hurt Ingeras? What would Vald do?

[ They would pretty much be dead and buried before they could blink, to be honest. Ingeras, after the loss of Mirena, was the only reason he kept going but even though he parted from his son in order to save him, the former remains the same. I have a headcanon, a very strong headcanon that’s always prominant in my writing, in a select few threads, that Vlad watched over his son for a time before - as is to be expected - he passed on. But really, that would have been just as painful for him as watching Mirena fall to her death and not being able to actually prevent it. He would have watched over Ingeras yet all the while, known he couldn’t interfere with anything because - n o - that would just put his son in danger all over again etc etc. Anyway, he’d hunt them. Just as a wolf would hunt its prey, there’d be obvious tracking involved and he probably wouldn’t give up on that sort of thing until revenge— which he would refer to as j u s t i c e had come about. I really think he’d be untame in defending his own - but again that’s pretty obvious from the film itself and even in Bram Stoker’s Dracula, the book - Vlad thirsts something terrible for the people who wronged the one he loved. And, with Ingeras being a l l he lived for, he would have probably rotated the earth trying to make it all right again. ]

Tămâioasă românească— his father used to drink at least six glasses of this most evenings - and the scent will forever be associated with his childhood for this reason. It is very, very sweet both to smell and to tasteand through his father, Vlad would often times { when he wasn’t looking }steal a sip or two. That has pretty much stuck with him and although hedoes miss the finer things in life like an aromatic glass of wine now andagain, it reminds him too much of a life he can never return to.

I imagine he would wish on a star to turn back time so that he mightdo over everything that happened in the past. He blames himself forall that happened and is adamant that he failed his family and thosewho left their life in his hands; he could have protected them - if onlyhe’d been given a little more time to prepare.

A journal; he writes at least one page every other day to avoid bottling up everything stirring inside of him. Though, none have ever read any of thetopics he’s written about in that book— not even Mirena. It’s very much asecret and he guards it with his life.

I could list a vast number of things here, for both of those verses, but I’lljust go with what is obvious and what most people already know abouthim. He is sadistic, like, very much so and will impale you quicker thanyou can say his name because yayyyy human kebabs! then, of course, we have his immortal self and I think that’s self-explanatory.

Which element do you associate with him?

V; All

I would have to say all of the elements, simply because he cannot be confinedto only one. Each would represent a current frame of mind and as that is moreor less likely to differ depending upon the situation or type of day he’s having. Iwould probably tie him to fire and water; that clash of personalities is actuallyvery important— and also makes him a bloody nightmare to reason with whenwe are trying to get replies out. One minute he’s free flowing and the next is allbut ready to tear someone’s throat out so.. both of those really.

Would Vlad like pancakes or waffles better?

V; Dark Desires

I believe he would opt more for waffles, if he absolutely had to choose betweenthe two. I don’t actually imagine he would like either, but then that’s likely ‘causehe just didn’t allow himself to indulge in the finer things in life; that and he doesnot have much of a sweet tooth unless it’s directly related to his immortal verse,in which case he lives for honeyed blood.
