Spamton Neo's heart is on a chain... that looks like the ball tail of Friend.
Do Darkners even have souls?
Are they all on chains ...? Or did Spamton's become chained when he made that deal with the Voice?
The way his body goes completely limp when his heart attacks, he does not speak... he just... has no part of this attack. It's very... unsettling.
Someone else is directly using his heart.
-it pulls the strings and makes them ring until your heart gets ripped up!
Something so precious - a soul - that is supposed to be protected is being used as a weapon, so roughly too. There is no regard for what yanking on these chains is doing to Neo's body. He is being USED.

Did Spamton's heart/soul feel too weak after being defeated, to hold onto his usual form, so he became The Dealmaker?
Was Jevil weak after the fight? I feel like Jevil chose to forgoe his usual form, since his nihilism had reached its peak. He is probably toooootally fine.
Anyway, this led to some ideas with friends!
