[In Ozy’s Master verse, I think I’m going to do some changes to it, although I don’t use it often and haven’t in a while jfhdskfs. In that verse, he was technically a reincarnation of Ramses the Great, but in actuality, he is the Servant Ramses who made a wish to be reborn after a Holy Grail War, albeit without his memories in tow due to desire to know what it was like to live outside of being king. As a result, that Heroic Spirit can’t be summoned for as long as Ramses himself is still alive so no amount of catalysts are going to call him forth because he’s, well, not there, and the moment he dies is the moment he returns to the Throne of Heroes to once again, be cut off from the afterlife and devoid of any hopes of reincarnation regardless of the form. Magus Ozy is not aware of this, though, truly believing that he is indeed just this.]
