I love them. Ah, Scarabaeidae! They are quite a fascinating family of beetles. Do you have a favorite within the subclass? I’m partial to Tenebrionidae myself. They’re commonly known as Darkling beetles. I’d say my favorite tenebrionidae is the female Neomida bicornis. 

No. Or, sort of. Not really anymore, though. Used to be a professor of entomology.

It had been an hour that Bexley was trying to sleep because she had an early start the next day but she couldn’t. All her neighbour seemed to do was fuck, all the freaking time. And due to the poor soundproofing in that building, Bexley could hear everything. She couldn’t take it anymore, she really needed to sleep and decided to go and say a few word to that neighbour. Knocking hard on the door, she yelled “HEY CAN YOU STOP BANGING ALL THE TIME I’M TRYING TO SLEE-” and the door opens.

the next morning davi woke up to the sound of birds chirping and it made her internally groan. she didn’t know why they had to be increasingly annoying so dang early, but it always happened. just as she was about to move her hand up to her face, she noticed that her arm was wrapped around something, this had her eyes springing open, although, they closed just as quickly. the next attempt took a few moments of her blinking rapidly, but soon her sleepy gaze fell onto locks of blonde hair and all davi could do for the time being was stare in bewilderment. however, it didn’t take too long for the memories of last night to come flooding back into her mind and it had her lips twitching up into a smile while her hand subconsciously began to draw gentle patterns along bexley’s arm.
