The Memer case…
It certainly has been interesting. Memer, you approached L last weekend, attempting to do a case, which was turned over to me. You seemed to have no complaints about that… After selecting four team mates, and one standby, the "game" began on Saturday.
Memer, your sending of coded rules to each team member was oddly reminiscent of the Player 1 case… There were 10 rules altogether:
The game will run from the moment this message gets received to Saturday at 6 PM GMT+0
Whenever someone of you gets an ask by anyone in that time, even these rules, their answer has to include a meme.
No meme should be used twice or more times, so watch out and use your memes wisely.
Because when someone mentions an already taken meme in their answer or forgets to include one they will have to get into my custody
After all, it just a funny game, so I will not harm the failed memers, not like some other anons would

If you manage not to lose anyone within 24 hours, I will give you a hint of my identity. Two hints can be given.
Should three persons or more get in my custody before the limit ends, you have lost. Should these be less, it the end. Or should you find out my identity, you have won.

The game progressed easily until Sunday afternoon. In order to find out if Memer was among the group (as I expected) I posed as Memer and asked Matsuda to respond to one of my messages without a meme, and after alerting everyone within of the mistake, to delete the post immediately. However, Matsuda made a fatal mistake, and answered the wrong message. He deleted it in a hurry, but Memer found out and took him "into their custody". He did, however, go willingly, and this was not regarded as a kidnapping.
The game continued to progress, and Memer gave me two hints to their game. One came in the form of a cipher which I describe in great detail here. The second was a map, obviously giving their general location.
In the early hours of the morning today, I deciphered the code, and with it made a few key deductions. Memer, I will share those with you now.
You are in a time-zone approximately 5-7 hours ahead of my own.
There are only 5 people I know within that range, and three in the same timezone could all be easily discarded for various reasons.
That left two of you. Determining which was easier than you may expect. Although I appeared to have my mind fixed on suspect #2, who shall remain anonymous for their own safety, I knew it was #1 the entire time, in truth.
Yes, Eva (sayu-is-a-sass-queen), I knew you were Memer from almost the start. I've been considering time-zones all along, and your appearances and disappearances seemed to line up best. What I was not anticipating was for a second party to join you, but I needn't have worried.
It was very late last night when I finally solved your code and went to bed. So late that I myself made a fatal error. I broke rule #3, and used a meme that had already been used. However, I was one step ahead. I waited for you to come forward with what I should do, rather than subjecting myself to a kidnapping of any sort.
Eva, you and afunnypie were the ones to make the truly fatal mistake, however. You proceeded to contact me via skype and reveal your identity, with no way to force me to keep it a secret. In that moment, you lost your own game. You then attempted to get to me in person, but as you found, the SPK headquarters have the highest possible security.
I'll admit that your game was entertaining. I did enjoy it at times. And I am glad that there were no true criminal acts involved. As I told you earlier, it's better to have a faulty game than a well-executed crime.
I, however, will not be accepting anymore memes on my database, at least not for the foreseeable future. In the meantime I think I'm going t-- to…
