And it worked! Riss got a promotion and has now unlocked community lots and townies. I’ll probably add a few townies at the end of her week so that we can get some fresh blood for the other Sims in town.

Clem nodded her head in the direction of a small island in the sea, a couple of miles out from shore. “Do you think you could swim to it?”

Riss finally takes a break from novel writing after midnight to eat a grilled cheese sandwich before crawling into bed.
Riss spends some time working on skills for her next promotion, and she ends her week with some sparkly grilled cheeses with Magnus.
Riss and Talin gossiped about the other townspeople for a while. Riss is now best friends with almost everyone, except for Tamsin and Zephyr.
Riss comes home (with a promotion) and fixes the computer so she can keep working on her novel.
Riss gets started on her first novel as soon as she’s home from work.
I’ve decided to use ROS events each week to add some extra interest to my gameplay. Riss’s roles for week 2 are pretty easy. She just has to write 2 novels, which actually works out perfectly, since her OTH is Film & Lit (same) and she needs Creativity for work anyway.
