Jude had learned a long time ago not to approach patients are their parents in public. Most of the time they either didn't remember him at all, or associated him with a terrible time in their child's life. Being a pediatric surgeon wasn't exactly as fun as doing check ups. Yet when he saw Dolores and Luna, he decided to break his own rule. It wasn't like he always hit on single moms, but he'd be lying if he said it wasn't a habit. There was something different about her though. They just clicked. "Is that Miss Luna I see?" Jude greeted as he approached the pair in the grocery store, holding his basket against his side.
