Hard’s unsure of the nature of the ping on his communicator, especially when he sees that it’s not from one of his linemates, but a 2nd liner.
He shoots a message back, saying that yes, he is due for a maintenance check (okay, maybe he was due for one like a month and a half ago and he couldn’t roll himself out of bed to go do it), but it’s not urgent.
