Rio's not publicly known as the adoptive daughter of Violet Systems CEO, sure there's rumors going around that he has a kid despite being a bachelor, but that's as far as it goes. To the common eye, Rio's just a child prodigy that got lucky and works there as a programmer and looks up to Lee.

This is actually done on purpose so she doesn't get overwhelmed with attention, especially since she still doesn't like being perceived to an extent.

Amelia: hair

The way Amelia’s hair is held up is actually by one of her two yo-yos, the other just stays in her hair. So whenever she uses both of them, she has her hair down. It’s a wonder how either of them stay put or not get tangled.

She styled it after Kolins but in her own unique way, curly and messy rather than straight and smooth, lightly mimicking her in order to seem mature or professional without sacrificing her sense of self/independence. She never announced when she decided to do that nor who she was inspired by under the assumption that the people around her would ‘just know’ or figure it out themselves. That and nobody nowadays brings it up.

Like a lot of things she bottles up and pretend she doesn't care about, Rio is actually quite unsure of herself if she could even inherit Violet Systems once she's old enough. Feeling a sort of imposter syndrome in that she doesn't quite believe that she even deserves the right to obtain such a position, not without going through hell and back to "earn" it at least.

And by that, she means by overworking herself whether it be her work in her programming/engineering until she practically passes out at the desk, or training to be just as good of a fighter as her predecessor to the point where she's exhausted herself laying on the training room floor almost dehydrated and hungry. Suffering in silence until someone comes in to remind her that food is ready or checking up on her because they haven't heard from her pretty much all day.
