The daughter of strife, who brings hubris and tragedy.

◓ Chaos aligned. The most prominent of all rule-breakers.

◓ Âte's misfortune affects her as well.

◓  Äte has what is known as a Godess Core. It marks her as a being with such raw magic that she's above humans and faes. Though, compared to her parents, it's a very minor one.

◓ Wants to live to her mother's name and entertain her with her schemes, though she finds them too tame to actually spare a glance.

◓ Closer to Sappho Nocturne as a relative. Her letters never reach Äte due to some accident or another though.

◓ Sappho also gave her the little pets she carries. They are dark as night itself, with stars and constellations gliding off their skin. They can change size and follow Äte's order, and she spoils them for it!

◓ Because long ago, Äte used her magic on the God of Thunder, she was kicked out the home of the gods. She expected her mother to intervene but.... well.

◓ Now she's called Tartarus "her home", much to the Guardia Sisters annoyance. In reality she's grounded there, only allowed to wander the countries of humans.

◓ Of the three Guardia sisters, Kero is the one who's more lenient on Äte, while Vero is the harshest. Äte enjoys causing them to bicker.

Rᴀᴄᴇ Rᴇɢɢᴀᴇᴛᴏɴ [Äte & Sebek]

— You're not gonna catch me like that, turtle~!

— COME BACK HERE THIS INSTANT!!!!!!

Äte's frenzied giggles echo as she keeps alternating dancing and running, Sebek screaming at the top of his lungs as he chases her, his face red to the tip of his ears as veins start to show.

— NOT ONLY DID YOU DANCE INDECENTLY WITH LORD MALLEUS BUT YOU SPOKE ILL OF HIM!!! UNFORGIVABLE!!!!

— Now now, what's so bad about what I said? It's just true.

— NOT ANOTHER WORD!!!!

Fast as lighting, Sebek lunges at Äte. With a smile she does a perfect split, flush against the floor as Sebek stumbles over her and falls face first.

— It's true it's true~ It doesn't matter what you feel, soldier boy, a fae and a human are the same in the eyes of a goddess. Your little Mally should bow to me, not the other way around.

There's barely another second to gloat as Sebek rolls on his back, ready to start the chase once more. Äte is already on her feet, swinging her hips to the music totally unconcerned, her hair floating and framing her movements. Baiting. Sebek rushes in, and Äte bolts in just the nick of time to avoid his grasp, and the chase is back on.

It's quite fun, for Äte, that is. There's no way she can contain her laughter, even less when she turns and sees that small odd fae grasping Sebek by the shoulder and telling him something. Scolding, berating, lecturing- That's what parents do after all, when they aren't ignoring you. She's made a fool of him in front of all the schools, so he'll get some big punishment, she's sure of it.

So proud is she of herself, so joyful in her mischief, that she forgets to stop running before colliding against a tall wall. The force makes her stumble back, enough that she can see it is no wall she's hit but a tall woman. The cup in her hand is empty, the drink now found all over her shirt. The glare from Grimcrawl is enough to frighten anyone, and even Äte finds herself frozen in place with a sheepish look.

— ... Again, miss Äte? Again?

Even goddesses have nightmares, and a few will await Äte tonight as she is hit with a sleeping spell. One graciously provided to the school by her mother, so they could resolve any issue with Äte on their own.

As the world dims, the godess regrets that her last sight before sleep is Sebek being comforted by the odd fae as they walk away, together.
