Aw man.. I've been WAITING for this question /pos

So we use coolors for colour scheme/palette generating and creating, you can have it generate random colour palettes or you can create your own!

For things such as the onemorenightsongic flag, we were able to colour pick right from the album cover right in coolors itself! That feature has been very useful for flag redesigns and songic genders we've made!

Our knowledge of colour theory and my interest in graphic design really really help. If you don't know colour theory I highly suggest you learn some of it! /g

OKAY here we go... my mentor arc.. /j /lh /pos

first of all; find what ur passionate abt.. and turn it into a gender

whether it's starting off only coining things that ur gna use or stuff related to ur interests or hyperfixations or special interests.. that works! that just means u have stuff that ur brain is gna very easily come up w/ and it makes for great inspiration

second of all; once u get a considerable amount of attention on ur blog, be consistent w/ ur posts if possible! create a queue! plan posts! schedule them!

u don't have to post every day, but being consistent means ur followers look forward to and expect to see ur posts at certain times and r more likely to interact

third of all; DON'T BE AFRAID TO PROMOTE UR BLOG, don't be afraid to ask bigger blogs to promote ur blog! a lot of them will very gladly do it!

fourth of all; open requests!! this will give u so much more attention and content to create for ur blog... people LOVE submitting requests and will wherever they can

and lastly... it's okay if ur blog isn't big! it's okay if u don't actually get a lot of interaction or requests or followers, and it's okay if u don't post consistently!! what matters most is that ur having fun, and ur doing what u enjoy!

ohhhhh………oh god oh no ive been calling my dad a narcissist for over a year i thought it could be separate from the mental illness…..question; are you born with NPD or does it form from trauma/something else?

NPD, much like other cluster b disorders, is more likely to develop when the person is traumatized as a child.

"Developmental experiences, negative in nature, being rejected as a child, and a fragile ego during early childhood may have contributed to the occurrence of NPD in adulthood."

There are also some theories that there is a genetic predisposition (I believe my father may also have NPD or traits of it like I do).

read ur carrd, about the ‘narc’ abuse one/stigmatized mental stuff, i didnt know narcissistic abuse (and the other terms) were offensive? /gen. Could u tell me why? What term is used for the certain actions that is commonly associated with ‘narcissistic’ abuse? /gen

The term "narc abuse" perpetuates the stereotype that people w/ NPD are inherently abusive, manipulative, toxic, and should not be trusted.

"Narc abuse" and using the term "narcissist" to describe abusive people has and always will have ableist ties back to the stigmatization of NPD.

If you're asking for examples of replacements of the word narcissistic or "narc abuse" in these contexts... if you're using narc as someone who is selfish, then just use selfish.

If you're using it to call someone full of themselves or egotistical, then just say that instead.

If you're trying to call someone manipulative or untrustworthy, then call them manipulative or untrustworthy.

If you're just trying to say someone is abusive, then call them abusive.

Just take the term "narc" and "narcissist" out of the equation.

We have 13 headmates! 10 full members and three fragments.

👠; How difficult is it for y'all to agree on one cohesive outfit?

We have a tendency to plan full, nice outfits in advance if we are going out to do something (HPD <3), so normally it's agreed upon rather easily, or the person in front already has a blueprint of the day's outfit. The only times we've disagreed and had a struggle putting together an outfit is when one person wants to wear something feminine, or not chest bind, and the other person is like "NO! I'm dysphoric!" /lh
