CURIOUS MANNERS
SIKEN POETRY STARTER MEME: “here we are, at the place where i get to beg for it.”
for: @jkbaws
“girls like you shouldn’t beg, it’s rather pitiful.”
sehun remembers it like this: she introduces herself namely, ‘jennie’ and she is quite alright. to say the least she was of short physique, undeniably small -- pixie-like even in her meek features. not of the strange sort, after all most of those who come to these events were mainly women of literate standard.
its the tantalising intellect that rings in women at romantic tragedies, not that the modern man did not, but they had the eye for appreciation and wonder for savagery on the fingertips of male writers. an eye keen enough to come over with stretched smiles and cherry blossomed perfume at times to ask if he’d want to have lunch. surely, to receive lust from curious readers who begged on licking the expanse of this great mind.
either way, bedroom affairs or not, he appreciated women who merely appreciated a fine craft.
so little ‘jennie’, despite in her youth. a subject of interesting manner. appreciative in keenness for his ball pen scratching a signature. but he doesn’t slip his fingers to touch little girls, don’t you worry of that.
and now little pixie-like jennie with her curious manner and a curious sehun find themselves in a push and pull game. “are you making fun of me?” that his curiosities and instinct for the profound (as he, very much was) was something to mock. “you’re the one hiding here, i’m just waiting to go seek.” if she was to speak in poetic lapses to mock him, at least he should return it.
another reason why she’s pixie-like. this play on cheeky snark.
childish.
“let me be curious why won’t you.” his interrogating manner, somewhat intimidating as he sees it now but nonetheless, -- what was the saying again? --
right, curiosity is the lust for the mind.
