you know what I want to see? I want some kind of ancient eldritch power to move into a vessel (not possession, think along the lines of *shapeshifting) for some unspecified reason (possibilities include its part of their great plan, a prophecy, a punishment, etc) and then its like
“this vessel... it is wrong”
“what appears to be the problem, oh great *unpronounceable*?”
“this body does not suit, me it is wrong”
“elaborate please?”
“the chest shape is incorrect to my desires and the genitals are wrong, among other things”
“ah, it appears my lord is transgender“
and so the eldritch power gets some surgery and hormones and lives its best life in the coRRECT FUCKING BODY FINALLY!”
