"Alright so—,” Calvin’s hands buried deep within his pockets once he finished up the sub he practically devoured, acting as a way to keep them busy when he was feeling pretty antsy. It had been some time since he had spent an afternoon with Haley; being one of his closer friends came with a lot of making up on Calvin’s part. As much as he tried, he was a naturally distant man. “You can cut the ghost jokes now. I know, I’ve been fuckin’ slacking.” Calvin cursed and shook his head, leaning back against railing that provided a bit of safety from the river down below. “How ya been?”
