He was holding something for her and it didn’t take long before she put together that yes❟ he did get her something for her birthday. Shoving rather dark thoughts to the back of her head in favor of accepting the gift❟ she let out a gasp.

If she could not go out there and explore the world❟ at least she had a small part of it now in the form of a book.
