if there was anything that hyunsoo was known for, it was probably his patience. he was never really one to get angry very quickly, preferring to work out any problems through calm discussion and he always put up with his boyfriend’s shenanigans with a smile on his face. it was to the point where his gentle yet strong nature had his nieces and nephews jokingly referring to him as a big teddy bear. despite all this patiences, however, there were some people that hyunsoo just did not like being in the presence of and alex was one of them. it was probably because he was biased but he had been there to witness the fallout of alex and yuanjun’s relationship and he had not been pleased with how the elder had treated his then-best friend. now that he had been upgraded from best friend to boyfriend, his distaste for being in the other’s presence heightened even more and that was why he tried to avoid all interaction as much as he could, but sometimes it just wasn’t possible. hyunsoo’s lips pressed into a thin line, a look of disapproval on his face as he took notice of the other boy. here he was, trying to get his hair trimmed in peace, but apparently that was too much to ask. he couldn't even flee from the situation. with a sigh, he gave a greeting with a tone that was far less enthusiastic than the actual words suggested.
