ahyoung is living the dream, or something like that. she's wanted to be in a band for so long, and now she finally has one. it's honestly been fun just to play music with other people. performing on stage will be great once they get there, but that's mostly just a bonus for her more than anything else.
she likes everyone in the band, too. for the most part. sua is great, yejun is yejun, and yuwol is weird in an endearing sort of way, like one of those fucked up rabbit plushies she always gets ads for when she's on the internet.
ahyoung isn't stupid, though. she's lazy and usually doesn't give a shit but she's not stupid. yejun is weird with her. she doesn't really know why, but she figures she probably made a joke that hurt his feelings one time and he's all soft and sensitive and takes everything anyone says to heart forever.
honestly, ahyoung doesn't care about whether people like her or not. she does care about everyone having fun in the band, though. she can't really gauge whether yejun just always gives off kicked puppy vibes all the time or he's actually miserable here specifically. ahyoung is never afraid of confrontation, though, nor does she beat around the bush, so when they're packing up after practice one day, she decides to bring it up.
"do you actually want to be here?" she asks, and she doesn't mean it in an accusatory way. it might still kinda sound that way, though, so ahyoung decides to amend her statement: "i mean, like...i know jindallae was trying to get you to join his band, so if you actually hate it here you could just do that."
