Brooke’s mother still sings her to sleep once in a while. Only when nothing else will get her to sleep though.

hc + fave music ? views on affection ? thoughts abt jenna and chloe ?

Brooke’s favorite records are from artists belonging to a genre she made up: ‘floorlaying music’. The genre is basically things you can listen to while laying on the floor and just think or cry or laugh. This includes AJJ, Sufjan Stevens, The Antlers (but only Hospice and only when she’s sad), Dan Deacon, Regina Spektor, and her gay icon Jenny Owen Youngs.She’s super into Britney Spears and Sia as well though.

Brooke loves affection. It’s her favorite thing in the whole world. She loves being held and given kisses and given praise, whether it’s from her mother or her friends or her girlfriends. But the physical affection has to come from people she knows. If anyone she doesn’t know tries to hug her, she will end up crying.

Chloe’s been her best friend since kindergarten and her crush since sixth grade. She’s fiercely devoted to her and to keeping up their friendship.Jenna’s also a close friend, but not as close as Chloe. They gossip together sometimes (a lot of the time).

//I’ve already said before that this Frisk is a neutral-run child, and they obviously like to act like a little brat a lot, but I haven’t gone into detail about the sort of runs that they’ve done.

They’ve never set out with the intention of killing anyone. Why would they? They just want to get home! Something just keeps pulling them back whenever they do reach the end. Monsters attack them first, and they do anything they can to defend themself.

This usually involves them punching monsters until they want to be Spared, following the advice of a Froggit that they come across in the Ruins.

So most minor monsters are Spared, Toriel and Undyne are always killed, Papyrus is always Spared (sometimes flirted with, sometimes not depending on how much they’ve been experimenting with their acts). They’ve never done a pacifist or a genocide run--the former because they don’t know how and the latter because they don’t want to kill or to prolong their stay in the underground. They just want out.

Elemental Questions (Accepting)

“I don’t wanna die. ‘m really scared, I don’t wanna.”

They couldn’t imagine what would happen after they were dead. What happened when their determination ran out, or the Underground ran out of the life to support them? Frisk hadn’t died excessively so far, but each time their soul shattered they were afraid that they wouldn’t be able to come back.

All they could imagine was unending darkness, being unable to move or speak or see anything for eternity. And they were scared of that nothingness.
