Isa give nicknes to all of her friends, every single one.Whether it relates to a memory, a feature she likes, or what, if she has given you a nickname then it means you are in her inner circle and have her trust, love and loyalty.
Headcanon:Clothes
Isabela will raid your closet. Whether you're a guy or a girl, if you're a close friend, she'll try to go through it. Isa won't ever take anything without permission of course, she just likes looking through clothes.

How Isabela treats her friends vs their male counterparts for future reference. These will obviously change as she interacts with more but these are a quick reference so yeah:
Nyo!France:Lots of love and snuggles and cuddles because she absolutly adores her. Very trusting and will usually have no problem acting/showing her vulnerable side in front of her.
France: Occasionally flirtatious but it's just how she is around him. Isa respects him a lot and will treat him as such. She seems him as wise and will ask him for advice.
Nyo!Prussia: Like a little sister, there for her always, usually willing to go along with her shenanigans and have fun. Again, lots of affection though.
Prussia: Like a big brother, very caring and willing to tend to any wounds should he get hurt or into some kind of trouble. Quicker to go into Mama Spain mode than with the others for some reason as well.

E principalmente Deus me ama, me ama do jeito que eu sou, complicada, problemática, cheia de defeitos, minha mãe pode não ta nem ai para mim, mas existem pessoas, pessoas não anjos que cuidam de mim! Você que não deve ter amigos né? Acho que não! Sim, eu passo mal quase todos os dias da minha vida, mas tem momentos que são tão felizes que vale a pena viver por eles! Eu amo sim a minha vida e principalmente quem está nela, eu amo minha mãe, eu amo minha família e amo Deus acima de tudo, que me dar forças para superar tudo!
