Big Time Secret Santa

Are you obsessed with a 2009 show about a teenage boy band? Do you love exchanging gifts with fellow fans? Then you've come to the right Tumblr account! Come on, and sign up for the Big Time Secret Santa event (and don't worry, Griffin can't make you write a XMAS EP just to celebrate this haha.)

Run by @fiyero3305 and @partiallypearl, we're hoping this will be the first of many BTR holiday events.

TIMELINE:

Nov. 2-15- Sign Ups!

Nov. 17- One of the Mods will send you a message using your preferred contact form, letting you know who your giftee is! From then on, you can go wild and begin creating!

Dec 31 - Deadline for posting gifts

At different points in November and December, the mods will check in with you and your giftee/gifter to ensure that things are going smoothly. We ask that you turn on your asks so that your giftee/gifter can ask questions, and get a sense of what you are looking for.

Big Time Secret Santa Update

Hello! We (your lovely and very talented mods) have managed to get our stuff together faster than anticipated, so we shall begin sending out messages assigning you with your giftee very soon!

Once you recieve your giftee, feel free to begin brainstorming and if need be, discreetly checking out your giftee's blog to find out what your gift shall be!

Hey friends! Assignments have been sent out/will be sent out within the next 24 hours, so if you're wondering who you'll be giving a holiday gift to, (jnsert sabrina carpenter voice here) please please please check your Tumblr messages!

We hope you have fun with this!

As we've said in the past, this is supposed to be a fun event for everyone involved, and we hope it brings a sense of closeness and community to this fandom.

If you are experiencing any problems (Writer's Block, not knowing what to do in terms of a gifset or a video edit etc) please feel free to reach out to one of the mods, either @partiallypearl or @fiyero3305!

We'd love to support you all on your journey through this creative period. We will also be reblogging some resources within the next two months that may help with gifsets, and video edits!

A reminder that the deadline is December 31, but you are free to begin posting your gifts from December 23 and onwards! All parts of your gift must be posted in completion by December 31.
