Jut trimmed Taylor’s nails and I hate doing it so much, omg. She screams every time I’m cutting her nail as if I’m quicking her, even though today out of 13 nails I only slightly quicked out- even then, I think it was just the very edge

then I couldn’t get her 3 last nails at all cause she wouldn’t stop moving and I was getting frustrated, so I took a 10 second break then I decided to call it quits and just do a quick desensitization to the nail clippers/me holding her paws. I have to do that pretty much every time I trim her nails

also just hearing her yelping is just so emotionally exhausting, esp when you’re the one causing it, even if i know it’s just her overreacting

Oh also the acid reflux is in my throat too. But that’s a common occurrence
