Raum Favorite indulgence and feelings surrounding indulging

Raum loves indulging in desserts and sweets. When Ava and Raum were closer, Ava frequently spoiled Raum in every way, and for a while after they drifted, Raum carried a sense of unworthiness, believing that because he was no longer being spoiled, that was a sign that he didn't deserve to be -- but his guilt really stemmed more from his feelings about the relationship than anything to do with food.

More recently, Raum has grown a tendency of eating his feelings without putting so much thought into it. He only gets occasional spikes of guilt about it instead of it being a constant thing.

Raum What makes them feel guilty?

Although it's lessened over time as he's gained some distance from the situation, Raum is still plagued by guilt over his decision to leave the home Ava provided for him and Lilith and strike out on his own.

Ava and Raum were never formally in any kind of relationship, but Raum carried a torch for Ava until fairly recently. Raum's feelings on their relationship continue to be complicated.

He also tends to feel guilty over times when he's not able to maintain his cheerful face. Raum struggles with feeling like it's acceptable for him to be sad, or short-tempered, or otherwise express negative feelings. If he can't be friendly and chipper, he feels like he's letting people down.

Raum Do they have any daily rituals?

Raum tends to wake a little early regardless of how late he went to bed. He always starts the day with a coffee, and a simple quick breakfast like fried eggs or pancakes. He prefers to spend that time quietly, with no music, phone, or other distractions. The calm helps him feel centered the rest of the day.

Raum Is there one subject of study that they excel at? Or do they even care about intellectual pursuits at all?

Raum generally doesn't think of himself as intelligent (outside of emotional intelligence), and because of it he's never really given himself the opportunity to explore intellectual pursuits. There's absolutely no reason that he couldn't, but while he doesn't advertise it, it's one of a few areas where he has a low opinion of himself.

Raum and Lilith Turn-ons? Turn-offs?

Raum's romanticism bleeds into everything. A lot of his turn-ons are just softness and tenderness directed at him, compliments, etc. Anything that proves that someone is really interested in him also tends to be a turn on -- so being stalked, having someone know things about him that he never told them, and otherwise 'creepy' levels of interest are especially effective.

Beyond that, Raum is actually shockingly inexperienced and still learning what his more specific turn-ons are. His only intimate partner has been someone who wasn't shy about taking charge, but that doesn't mean that Raum is necessarily exclusively submissive -- he just hasn't had a chance or the confidence to explore enough and figure out what he really likes.
