how to process acorns to turn into flour :3

(i’m not an expert this is my first time! tell your loved ones to not hold me accountable if you die)

1: find your acorns! they have to have no hats on.

2: bring them inside

3: if there are visible cracks or holes discard them

4: cut your acorn into quarters. if the inside has holes or dark colours it’s bad. it has to be clean white.

5: take off the outside until you have plain white acorn left

6: boil acorn fragments, changing the water when it turns brown

7: continue boiling until water stays clear. this means all the tannins are gone!

8: dehydrate and blend

9: yay flour!

10: make pancakes for your friends
